After months of transition, Rochester’s St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Parish is now working toward growth, especially among its youths and ministries, officials say.
Since it was formed in December 2010 from seven worship sites in the northeast part of the city, St. Frances Xavier Cabrini has transitioned over the past several months into a single parish with three worship sites: Annunciation Church, 1754 Norton St.; Our Lady of the Americas, 864 E. Main St.; and St. Michael Church, 869 Clinton Ave.

ROCHESTER -- Barbara Wright tapped her fingers together, counting, as she went over multiplication tables at Notre Dame Learning Center with School Sister of Notre Dame Evelyn Breslin. Wright worked her way through a list of numbers multiplied by four and by six. When she skipped ahead to the 10s, Sister Breslin showed her how she could add a zero to any number to quickly multiply it by 10.
