Greeter brings sunshine to all

To the editor:

At Mother of Sorrows Church in Greece we have greeters at the entrances before each Mass welcoming parishioners. One special lady is Ann Berl. It's not unusual to be handed messages from her every week such as: "A cheerful thought, like a flower, can brighten any day." Another is, " A smile is the lighting system of the face and the heating system of the heart." Ann brings a little sunshine to everyone she greets.
