Building character one punch at a time

Sung Kim of Master Kim's TaeKwonDo Institute and his assistants spent the morning of March 10 giving instruction in martial arts to third-, fourth- and fifth-graders at Seton Catholic School in Brighton. In addition to teaching the physical aspects of self-defense, Kim emphasized mental discipline and respect for self and others. Kim and two longtime pupils, who also are Seton students, spoke to the Catholic Courier about the art of Tae Kwon Do.  (Click here to view more photos from this event and/or buy prints.)
