Happy to lead the procession

I took this photo when I was covering an annual event in Geneva that brings together all the Finger Lakes area Catholic schools for a Mass celebrated by Bishop Matthew H. Clark. I like the picture because I think it captures the happiness that always surrounds the Mass. Everyone is happy to see the bishop, happy to share in the Mass, happy to mark the start of a new school year -- it's just a joyous occasion and I think you can see that here in the face of cross bearer and seminarian Peter VanLieshout.
