St. Ann Parish in Owasco will hold its annual chicken barbecue and bazaar July 24 on the parish grounds, located on Main Street, Route 38A.
The barbecue will begin at 11 a.m., and there also will be raffles throughout the day, as well as games for children and a variety of used books for sale. Chicken dinners will consist of half of a barbecued chicken, salt potatoes and butter, baked beans, a roll, dessert and a drink. Take-out dinners also will be available, and hot dogs, hamburgers, beer and wine also will be served.
