Benefit on Sept. 4 will support young cancer patient

A benefit event for Collin Knowles, a 12-year-old cancer patient from Steuben County, will take place Sunday, Sept. 4, at the Campbell American Legion field beginning at noon.

Highlights will include food from Champs Restaurant, Chinese auctions and 50-50 raffles. Entertainment, beginning at 1 p.m., will be provided by Wendy Owens and Renegade, The Generic Band, Gerry's Kids and Mike Cavalier. Admission is $10 per person and free for ages 12 and under.

hope things are going well for ya all and i will be sure and see ya all on sunday. my sister patty is his grandmother and she has been keeping me up to date with all the news. im so sorry this had to happen and i only hope god is doing his work and helping to heal all wounds. Love Ya All Bud
