Most Reverend Matthew Clark

Diocese of Rochester

1150 Buffalo Road

Rochester, NY 14624

Dear Bishop Clark:

It is both a pleasure and a privilege to salute you on the occasion of the celebration of your 50th Anniversary as a priest and your 33 years of outstanding leadership and pastoral care of the Diocese of Rochester. Truly you have stood among your people "As One Who Serves". You have led the diocese in times of joy and in times of sadness always bringing the message of Christ to all. As we celebrate these milestones in your life, we pray that God will continue to give you good health and much happiness in the years to come.

Be assured that my prayers accompany my best wishes and congratulations.

Fraternally yours in Christ,

Most Reverend Robert J. Cunningham

Bishop of Syracuse
